“I’m super excited about all of the light greys, nudes, blues, and neutrals, that are everywhere for spring. You would usually think to pair neutrals with color, but I’m loving this refreshing, head-to-toe neutral look for Spring 2011. To keep the outfit from becoming too monochromatic, I paired various cool grey and blue tones with each other. I started with a light grey snakeskin top from Acne and Current Elliot jean shorts. Then I threw on a light greenish/grey leather jacket from Theory and accessorized with ice blue suede Maison Martin Margiela buckle booties (my OBSESSION), and a pale grey Alexander Wang zipper tote. The key to pairing neutrals with each other is to wear cool tones (grey, light blue, stark white) together or warm tones (tan, cream, blush) together–just don’t mix the two.”  -Lauren Matocha, Elyse Walker stylist

March is my birthday month, so I’ve got   celebrations and party clothes on the brain. So, I’ve put together four soiree-worthy looks that are perfect for spring. While the air is still chilly, you can wear these dresses with opaque tights to keep your legs warm. Or, if you’re sick of covering up and want to bare your legs, throw on a chunky sweater to stay warm instead. Then, once mercury rises, transition to summer with bare limbs, feminine curls, and soft, neutral makeup.

This is my bad girl look for a night out on the town! I have a little obsession with leopard and will pair this Givenchy slip dress with the vintage black biker jacket already in my closet. (If you don’t own one, check out this Givenchy leather jacket.) Swanky accessories such as these LalaLuxe Indian-diamond crescent moon earrings (available through the LalaLuxe jewelry concierge), Nancy Gonzalez crocodile clutch and Giuseppe Zanotti crystal studded sandals complete the ensemble.

See Nicole’s next three looks after the jump.
