What is the process for special orders?
Upon communicating with the jewelry concierge, you will receive pricing and information about production time, and then your special order will be placed. Additionally, alterations to existing jewelry items may be requested (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Please note that timing and pricing may vary by designer.
When can I expect my order?
Our jewelry concierge will communicate the expected delivery date upon placing the special order. Special orders may take anywhere between 4-8 weeks. Please note that available items usually ship out between 1-2 business days.
Can modifications be made?
In most cases— yes. The jewelry concierge is here to assist with requests and modifications. We will communicate any additional charges and associated wait times. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will issue a refund to the method of payment used when placing your order.
What if I do not see what I am looking for?
Please send us an email at jewelry@elysewalker.com and we will check our in-store inventory. If we don’t have it, we will find it for you!
